Attribute itself is thread-safe, but it all depends on AttributeHolder
implementation you try to assign attribute to.
AttributeHolder might be UnsafeAttributeHolder or thread-safe
IndexedAttributeHolder.

For example FilterChainContext.getAttributeHolder() is unsafe, however
Connection.getAttributeHolder() is thread-safe.
