I have retrieved your last change (connection discrimination) *and it seems
to be a great success.*
I don't really understand your fix but I guess the feeding was initialized
for the wrong connection or something...

All the problems of inputStream consumed earlier seems do have vanished,
and I'm able to upload concurrently 60 files of 10mo, for a footprint of
about 200mo, using pretty large buffers.

For the first time I have the old test that doesn't pass (with large heap)
because it seems a lot more sensitive for connection/request timeouts,
which I already set pretty big)



I'll check the behavior according to my thread configuration which is
currently:
