I can send you the Netbeans project, all you have to do is run it with 1.9.9 then replace 1.9.9 with 1.9.11 and you can see the error in the output.
as for testcase, I presume you mean a junit testcase?
I have my own testing frame, I know its not the best around but I know it like the back of my hand and its built for web apps :)
