So I really now think that I just should and do a :
(in com.sun.grizzly.filter.MessageDispatcher)

final Context copyContext=workerCtx.getController().pollContext(workerCtx.getSelectionKey());
workerCtx.copyTo(copyContext);

// and then when I am finished
//
copyContext.getController().returnContext(copyContext);
