My implementation plan will be
1.  adding new constant as IDLE
2.  handling IOEvent.IDLE  occurrence in Connection
    
No data is coming from the remote peer.Session is not writing any data.both........

Getting those ideas from Mina's implementation

Any comments and suggestions are welcomed.
