Suddenly it got middle of night here.
In svn HttpService that supports registration and unregistration of
resources.
It does not send data, that is one of last bits to implement there.
But it's ready for data structures and thread safety review.
If you want to test it with first-it
http://localhost:8080/2/index.htmlshould find registered resource.
