I kinda agree with that. Personally, I prefer the immediate back and
forth that a chat forum allows. But companies with restrictions on irc
usage are a big hurdle for many (mibbit.com!). I've not been a big
mailing list fan in general but it certainly is easier to fire out a
question and let people answer when they wake up. IRC really needs a
larger community to make it really effective. I'm not sure if grizzly,
per se, has that critical mass (at least, enough interested in IRC) to
make it work.
