Very neat!

Whenever I see graphs such as this, I wonder how it might look and
possibly be easier to understand & traverse if it was displayed in "3D"
using a technology such as Java3D or Looking Glass.

Maybe using something like the Plethora plugin for NetBeans
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/auc-plethora) could help build such a
beast?
