It was my pleasure to join the call today, although it's now 3 AM here.
Let me try to attend the meeting when I have a chance anyway. :)

I don't have much idea about how the performance test is programmed and
run. Julien could give you better answer probably. I personally test the
throughput with a simple echo client and server implementation, but it's
true that it's too simple to represent the overall performance
characteristics of a network application framework. I agree with the idea
about creating a common perf test kit - that would save a lot of time for
all netapp framework authors.

Please keep up the great work!
