It looks like you're attempting to use "wiki.portal.java.net", correct?
That site is now shut down. Instead, the portal project is now using
this wiki:
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/OpenPortal
I _think_ your normal java.net user ID should be usable there. (I'm not
involved with running that wiki--so this could be wrong.)
