Sorry for any misunderstanding, but we don't automatically mail users
when they register for the wiki. As the instructions on the
registration page note, it works the other way around--we ask that new
users send mail to this alias to request that their account be
activated. (A step which is intentionally manual to help us weed out
spam bots, which had been causing us and many other JSPWiki sites a lot
of problems.)

full access now. But it sounds like perhaps you're seeing an error just
trying to read some page? That generally shouldn't happen. If it is,
please send me the exact URL and I'll check into it.
(A note about your new write access: if you're already logged-in to the
wiki, you'll need to logout and log back in for it to pick up the new
setting.)
