Who is the owner for the "Tips and Blogs" [1] page?

The page seems to no longer be maintained. My inclination would be to
close it down and fold its content into the new Wiki as part of a "How
To" series of pages. One of us would set up the layout for a typical
page, maybe as CSS / Template on top of some XML, maybe just raw Wiki.
Then we would keep the pages up-to-date as we discover new blogs, etc.
This is something we may be able to get a volunteer to help from the
community, but perhaps it is best to start ourselves.
