This issue is fixed.
Root Cause:
* Missed to turn off the configuration privilege for everyone. Some
malicious user went in, and changed the configuration for our
Attachments. Never thought people have time to do these type of
things. I think Ryan turned this off already, it's safe, and
working fine now.
