Hi,

You don't have to mess with the jsf settings on WAS 7, when you deploy manually you need to set the PARENT_LAST setting in the deployed module.

Jsf settings on the WAS configuration are only there for embedded versions of JSF, not for JSF 2.0.
Just take a look at the source code I provided earlier in that thread for more information.
