got it..
when it says: "create a new XHTML file named loginPanel.xhtml inside
the ezcomp directory"
in fact it would say: "create a new XHTML file named loginPanel.xhtml
inside the /src/main/webapp/resources/ezcomp/loginPanel.xhtml
directory"
now it started to work...........
