You can pick up preview build from
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/downloads/v3-preview.html. On how to
integrate preview to NB, you would need to add a server to NB. I never
tried it myself so cant help you with this.
You may be better of trying NB 6.8 beta which has latest v3 promoted
build included:
