Web framework evaluation - What is beautiful in JSF 2?

Hello,

I am working on an article evaluating JSF 2 in details. The article is part of an article series on my website http://www.laliluna.de on web technologies and frameworks. In a first step, I have described technical options and how to choose them. This part is followed by a series of detailed test. So far, I have covered the Stripes Framework and Tapestry 5.

One chapter in the evaluation is going to show features or concepts which are very beautiful, unique or somehow special for this framework. In this chapter, I would like to integrate
feedback from the community using the framework. I did this as well with
Stripes
(http://www.mail-archive.com/stripes-us...@lists.sourceforge.net/msg02294.html)
and Tapestry
(http://www.mail-archive.com/users@tapestry.apache.org/msg35089.html)

I know that the JSF 2 implementation is not yet final but evaluating JSF 1.2 would be much less interesting.

So finally, I would like to ask you for your opinion.

What is your favourite feature or concept of JSF 2, what is unique as compared to other things, what is an eye catcher?
