In general, I think we'd prefer that things that are clearly bugs get
filed - it's the best way to make sure they don't get overlooked.
Otherwise, we have to file them ourselves from the forum.

Even for tiny little bugs - it's OK, we don't mind.

For implementation bugs, you can file them against Project Mojarra
https://javaserverfaces.dev.java.net/issues/enter_bug.cgi

For spec bugs, they can be filed against the spec project:
https://javaserverfaces-spec-public.dev.java.net/issues/enter_bug.cgi

Bugs like this are a little harder to class - this one, since it's a
typo, is probably best filed against Mojarra, subcategory API.
