Try to explain in more detail:
There is a component onchange, wich calls an ajax request, firing my valuechangelisteners, to see if there are any modifications. If there are, than set a hidden value to 'true'. The onchange also calls statusUpdate. If status is success, than the hidden value is already set to true or false. Then i just check this flag, and if dirty is false, than update datatable via ajax, othervise, provide a confirm dialog.
