Please note that the build number will be incremented a LOT starting
soon, as we settle things down and proceed to FCS.
The current build, b11, corresponds roughly to "pre-beta". Beta will
probably be 12 or lucky 13.
And we'd welcome any bugs you'd like to file on the latest available build.
