We have run into what appears to be a Glassfish 4.0 bug : https://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISH-20887

Due to other issues in GF 4.1, we cannot move ahead yet to it.

I have tried the steps listed in the bug above but I cannot download the jar referenced in the bug.

Is there a way to resolve this issue in GF 4.0 until we can move to newer version of GF?
