Well this is just it - the applications have not changed since upgrading from
GF3.1. There is nothing in the application, server or access logs to suggest
an application is causing a problem, in fact, none of our applications use
DirectByteBuffer unless it is being used by third party libraries imported.
We have a sneaky suspicion that it might be related to one of the arbitrary
'improvements' Oracle have made, possibly something to do with garbage
collection, but have no way of monitoring what Glassfish is doing internally
in order to track it down.
