I found the root cause... BlackBerry Link software! I noticed a Windows
firewall rule for BlackBerry Link's nginx service on 8080. Since I hardly use
BlackBerry Link I just uninstalled it. GlassFish can now bind to port 8080
and start properly. I wonder why I never had this problem before?
