Is there any documentation on how to use Glassfish 3.1.2 or later jdbcRealm?

I have migrated javaee applications for GF 3.0.1 to GF 3.1.2 now my
jdbcRealm login doesn't work.

Is there any documentation on how to setup for jdbcRealm in GF 3.1.2?
