Thats a very out-dated wiki page, for 3.0 Preview release when we first
start working on GlassFish Admin Console. Since then, we have removed those
code from the console Those codes are just some 'hacking' to help GUI
developer to bring up the JMX HTMLAdapter at that early development stage
when transactiing from using JMX to AMX.
