Now I was finally abel to solve my problem:

  1) delete the   ../lib/databases/ejbtimer/ folder and the files
ejbtimer.dbn and ejbtimer$1.wal from the corrupted domain
  2) create a new empty domain from the asadmin command line tool
       asadmin>*create-domain --adminport 4848 domain2*
  3) copy the  ./lib/databases/ejbtimer/ folder and the files ejbtimer.dbn
and ejbtimer$1.wal from the new domain into the corrupted domain
  4) restart glassfish
