Something is not quite right with the transaction boundaries in the
/GenerateUniqueID/ method. The /SecurityException at
com.sun.jts.jta.TransactionManagerImpl.rollback/ is thrown when the
transactional artifact are not available. Check server.log for any exceptions
prior to this.
