Further investigation has revealed that the error messages included in the
original posting actually occurred after it was discovered that the
application was not responding and the instances were restarted plus about 30
minutes...ie, the instances appeared to be dead, were restarted, then about
30 minutes later, these messages appeared.
If anyone has any insight or thoughts about why no error messages were
generated when the application/instances became unresponsive, or why none
were generated until after about 30 minutes after they were manually
restared, I'd be grateful.
