Anyway, this issue is now moot because:

   1. If I register the Server in NetBeans, it will automatically configure
   the domains1 for me. So, that's fine and it works.
   2. But, looks like the latest NetBeans 6.9.1 does not internally support
   GF 3.1. All of my Jersey-related code do not compile because NetBeans can no
   longer see the latest Jersey jars.
   3. And, I have reverted back to GF 3.01.
