Could you try installing on to a directory other than G:\glassfish3?
Do you have write access to this
directory? Is this path G:\glassfish3\glassfish\bin\asadmin.bat accessible?

Naive question: Is this a typo on your part to refer to G:\ instead of C:\?

HTH
Thanks
