ok, done some investigation on this and it's not a user setup issue. The
root cause is the java/classes_nio bug 4715154 with memory mapped file
deletion on Windows. A corresponding MQ issue (
http://java.net/jira/browse/MQ-79) has been filed which has been fixed in MQ
4.6 by workaround 4715154.
