Are you still seeing problems using GlassFish Server 3.1?
We took steps to resolve this in 3.1 by having the ACC's class loader load
various classes from the GlassFish-provided JARs rather than those in the
Java SE libraries. So that should make sure that the correct release of
JAX-WS, etc. are being used.
