Olivier,
Which release of GlassFish are you using? People did see some errors like
this with earlier builds but the ones we know about have been fixed in
GlassFish 3.1 for some time.
Can you download a recent promoted or nightly build of GlassFish 3.1 and see
if it works then?

There might have been some issues in NetBeans also but I do not remember that
