There should be no problem using glassfish-embedded-all-3.0.1.jar.

I've never tried glassfish-embedded-static-shell.jar and I'm not sure what it's intended for. Anyway, it only contains a manifest with a long classpath with relative paths, so it might be that Eclipse cannot resolve the relative paths.
