I have noticed that Glassfish 3.0.1 does not have SSL3 enabled by default on http-listener-2 (the HTTPS listener). It only has TLS enabled by default.
Methinks it should, because Windows 7 does not have TLS enabled by default, only SSL. So anyone using Windows 7 can't connect to a secure webapp. And of course he doesn't get any helpful message from his browser.
As usual with this kind of problems, it took me quite some time and hair-pulling to figure out what was wrong.
Please have SSL3 enabled by default on http-listener-2 in future releases of Glassfish. Thank you.
