Is this new to 3.x? I'm on 2.1 and the JMS Connection Factories do not have these options. As far as I can tell only the JDBC Connection Pools do.
Maybe I am missing something? Are you saying I should be editing a JDBC connection pool to enable the JMS leak tracing?
