i am trying to install the GlassFish extras certificate on Windows and cannot connect to site
https://pkg.sun.com/glassfish/v3/extra (ip addr 192.9.164.85).
i am not sure if this is a firewall problem at my site (i tried configuring usage with Hummingbird Sockets) or if there is a bug with set-publisher.

https://pkg.sun.com/glassfish/v3/extra requires a certificate which I am trying to install.
