Sorry for the confusion. I've updated the BuildInformation Page (http://wikis.sun.com/display/GlassFish/BuildInformation) to reference the v3 FullBuildInstructions. Likewise from http://wikis.sun.com/display/GlassFish/V3FullBuildInstructions, there is a reference to v2 build instructions.

One clarification, the v3 (Trunk) is now 3.1 (currently underdevelopment). The 3.0 FCS is tagged:
https://glassfish-svn.dev.java.net/svn/glassfish-svn/tags/3.0.
