Nightly bundles become available automatically after the nightly build passes a set of tests. I think there is at least one test that has been failing since early in July which is preventing the automatic publishing of the nightly bundle.
Sorry for the inconvenience. With luck the bug will be repaired very soon so the nightly bundles will become available again.
