I'm experiencing the same problems that were described here:

Setup:
- glassfish 3.0.1
- 2 virtual hosts: vhost1 and vhost2
Applications:
- app A deployed in vhost1
- app B deployed in vhost2
Both application are deployed using contextroot '/'
When (re)deploying one of the applications, the other one is not accessible anymore. It's still listed as deployed and active, but a request to it results in a 404 or the index page of the docroot (in case of a request to /)
Doing the same using other contextroots than / does not trigger this problem.
