Thanks, but that was already clear to me and didn't really answer my question. Why does the Timer Service require the Full Profile, and not just the EJB Container?
The "EJB Lite Container" does not include the Timer Service, but I thought the "EJB Container" would be enough. Why require the Full Profile, i.e. not just the EJB Container but also JMS, Metro, etc.?
