So we have a clustered Glassfish 2.1 environment set up.
We have multiple admin realm users defined.
After over a year of use, one of those users recently stopped working. Login to both the DAS and jconsole to individual instances fails with an error in the log that looks like this:
SEC5046: Audit: Authentication refused for [engsports].
We reset the password via the admin console and the engsports login is working again.
But we’re wondering what could have caused it to get locked – does it do the standard 3 failed logins in X minutes and you’re locked logic or something like that?
