I reviewed the RESTful API One pager at:

And here are my comments:
1). 4.1.2 says "This must be expanded to support the CLI commands currently supported in v3. Comprehensive support for all of the JMS-related commands is not planned for this release."
It seems the sentence is trying to state that only some CLI commands will be supported. The above sentence seems slightly contradictory and should be clarified.
2). 4.1.4 "RW" ?
3). The return formats are not clear - HTML, Text, JSON, HTML ?
4). 4.5.1 - Why only the URL for management has "domain" and not monitoring ? This is either a typo or a change from 3.0.
