8181 is the default secured port, and it didn't work for that port.
However I tried URL with domain name that corresponds to my SSL certificate, and not localhost.
I don't remember what were the results for localhost -- I need to check that again...
(this will take some time since I roll backed to V2.1.1 since then...)
