the allowLinking doesn't seem to be the problem
on x86 cache is by default set to 'false' as with sparc it is set to 'true'
when we disabled the cache on sparc it seemed to work fine BUT now today we are having the same 'SnifferAdapter' error.
anyone able to duplicate this error?? - we are using sparc - not x86
