At a high level, Oracle GlassFish Server 2.1.1 offers everything the GlassFish Server Open Source Edition does plus:
* 24x7x365 Support (and ability to escalate RFEs, bug fixes)
* Patches
* GlassFish Enterprise Manager [1]

The best way to look at the patches it to check out sunsolve or follow the GlassFish for Business blog [2]. The readme [3] will have a list of fixed bugs by patch number.
