Thanks. If you're using the developer profile, then presumably you're not using a Glassfish cluster. Is this right?
There are two concept here: Glassfish clustering (multiple instances of Glassfish, managed by a node agent and domain admin server) and MQ clustering (multiple instances of the MQ broker).
If you installed the Glassfish cluster profile, there are commands available to create a glassfish cluster. For each Glassfish instance there will be a MQ broker. These brokers will automatically be clustered. This is the quickest way to get a MQ cluster
You say you're using the developer profile. Can you explain in more detail what you're trying to configure? Do you have just one Glassfish instance? If you're trying to configure a MQ cluster (and use LOCAL mode) you'll need a cluster of Glassfish instances.
The error message you report states that the broker is trying to connect to another broker in the MQ cluster, and it doesn't seem to be running.
