QUESTION : -- JAVA_HOME could be set to top-level JRE or JDKdirectory.
i think i set the JDK -- and it worked;
but JRE is at JAVA_HOME/jre in JDK, and just at JAVA_HOME for JRE,
so is JAVA_HOME suppose to point to JRE or JDK -- or are scripts smart
enough
to work with a JRE only -- when JDK is not required ?
