my little upload/dnload tester java program -- uses HttpURLConnection;

my program takes abt 40seconds to complete as configured.

with win7, gfv3 -- when i start 6 programs before the 1st has completed -- the last -- the 6th - sits waiting --
it does not begin reading data till after the 1st program completes.

what is limiting the number of connections ?
