finally I got Maven assembling my projects in a way I can debug it on Eclipse...
It is not easy if you start from the Maven side, but I should confess
I can use Eclipse without changing the project structure (as I
believed previously)...
The newest Eclipse Glassfish Plugin is also much better than before,
and despite the zealots of warnings in the problems view, it works...
